1. What services do you offer?

I offer a variety of services designed to help you reach your fitness, wellness, and faith-based goals, including:

  • Forever Athlete – Sit & Fit MMA Strength Conditioning (On Demand & Live Class)

2. Do you offer in-person sessions?

Currently, I offer online personal training and nutrition coaching. In-person sessions will be available soon, so stay tuned for more details!


3. How do I book a session or program?

It’s super easy! Simply visit my Service page, choose the service or program you’d like, and select a time (when available) that works for you. If you have any trouble, feel free to reach out, and I’ll help you out!


4. What’s the best way to get started?

If you’re not sure where to start, I recommend booking a consultation. During the 45 minute consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, your current health situation, and the best plan for you. It’s a great way to see how we can work together!


5. How do you incorporate faith into your fitness programs?

At Shenie Christian Wellness, everything I do is grounded in the belief that our bodies are God’s holy design. I incorporate Bible verses, prayer, and faith-centered strategies into all my programs to help you align your physical health with your spiritual well-being.


6. Do you offer programs for seniors?

Yes! My Forever Athlete – Sit & Fit MMA Strength Conditioning class is designed for those 55+ who want to stay active and strong. It’s a fun, functional class that focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing overall health—no matter your fitness level.


7. How much do your services cost?

  • 1:1 Online Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching: $80 per session

  • Small Group Training (4 Individuals per group): $45 per person/per session

  • Forever Athlete Sit & Fit MMA Strength Conditioning (4 classes per month) : $29.99 per month

  • Faith-Based Programs: Starting at $49.99
