How We’ll Work Together

Now that you’re officially booked in my schedule, we’ll be moving our communication out of email and into the Shenie Christian Wellness App.

This app is your secure, private space where we:

  • Communicate

  • Track workouts and nutrition

  • Submit progress photos

  • Share files and resources

  • Set reminders and goals

Nothing gets lost, missed, or buried like it can with email. Everything we need lives in one place, making your experience simple, organized, and stress-free.

Here’s what our journey together looks like:

1. Intake & Assessment

You’ll complete a detailed intake form so I can understand your goals, lifestyle, health history, and current routines.

2. Personalized Strategy

Based on your intake, I’ll create a plan tailored specifically to you — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

3. Implementation

You’ll begin following your workouts, nutrition guidance, and habits inside the app with daily structure and support.

4. Check-Ins & Feedback

We’ll review progress, adjust as needed, and troubleshoot challenges together.

5. Refinement & Growth

As your body and habits change, your plan evolves with you.

6. Sustainable Lifestyle

The goal is long-term health, confidence, and consistency — not quick fixes.

My Office Hours

Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (PST)
(Unless I’m with a booked client, handling an emergency, or on planned vacation.)

Response Time

I aim to respond to messages within 2 business days.

Meetings

Available Mondays & Thursdays
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (PST)
Calls are scheduled in advance using my booking calendar.

What I Expect From You

To support your progress, I ask that you:

  • Submit progress photos on the 1st of every month

  • Complete daily check-ins inside the app

  • Communicate openly if something feels off or confusing

  • Stay consistent and honest — perfection is not required

Progress Photos & Check-Ins

Progress photos help us track changes beyond the scale.

How to Submit Photos:

  • Take photos in good lighting

  • Wear fitted clothing (shorts + sports bra or similar)

  • Use the same location and time of day each month

Required Angles:

  • Front view: standing tall, arms relaxed

  • Side view: natural posture, no flexing

  • Back view: arms relaxed at sides

Upload photos directly inside the app by the 1st of each month.

Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Affirm is available for clients who choose payment plans.

Important Notes:

  • Payments are automatic

  • Final payments are due as outlined in your contract

  • Late payments may result in paused services until resolved
